Job Summary

Trinity Staffing Solutions is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist with PEP training/certification to support a Hilton hotel. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, answering guest questions, and providing excellent customer service throughout each guest's stay.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Process guest check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently.
Verify reservations, identification, and payment information.
Assign rooms and provide guests with hotel information and directions.
Handle reservations, cancellations, modifications, and guest requests.
Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate guest records and front-desk documentation.
Process payments and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures.
Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management regarding guest needs.
Follow hotel safety, security, and customer-service procedures.
Complete required PEP training and other Hilton-required training programs.
Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized front-desk area.

Qualifications

Previous hotel, hospitality, front-desk, or receptionist experience preferred.
Experience with guest check-in and check-out procedures preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer-service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management systems.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Experience

Hotel front-desk experience
Hilton or other major hotel brand experience
Property Management System (PMS) experience
Reservation and payment-processing experience
PEP training/certification, required by the hotel
